Blades don't stay sharp

I am disappointed in this product as I can only get a few shaves out of it and then the blades are dull. How can we create metals to cut through rock, drill holes in the earth however a razor blade can't stay sharp for longer than a week?I switched to the Shick Hydro 5 and will never go back. Smoother shave, almost no irritation and the blades last 10X longer!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Price is too high.

I have used Fusion blades but now I have changed to Schick Hydro5. The blades are good and the price is very good. $10.00 difference between Gillette and Schick

Not working

I originally bought one of these quite a while ago. It worked for several months then became intermittent. Taking the battery in and out seemed to make it work again, but after a while it just became too irritating to use and more intermittent. As I enjoy using the product - it fits well in my hand and I like quality of the shave - I decided to buy another one. I also had refill razors that I didn't want to waste. My real disillusion came when I bought the second razor. After a couple of uses, the electronic part no longer works. I even put a new battery in with no success. I still use the razor but without the electric hum I enjoyed before.I threw out the packaging, so I'm not bothering to return it. Just wanted Gillette to know I am disappointed with their product. Its possible I just had bad luck with a rare defective product but I doubt I'm going to spend more money to confirm this. This review is submitted by a genuine customer with genuine concerns.
